Had A Bad Day?

 I am sick of being sad. I had a think about how I can create my own happiness and banish those blues!

1. Dance! 
Dancing releases endorphins. Endorphins make us happy. 
Simple as that. 

Sound strange? Well let me tell you it's so therapeutic. 
Simply write down the days woes and shred them. 
Tread on the cats tail? Pop it on there. 
Ripped your favourite jacket? On it goes. 

Something extra you can do is keep a diary of positive thoughts to look back on. 

3. Take a walk. 
One for those of you that leave the house. Ha ha. 
Taking a leisurely stroll gives you time to process your thoughts and get them clear in your head. The exercise again produces endorphins which will make you happy. 

4. Make a positive playlist. 
The power of music has been well established and making a positive empowering playlist and singing it at the top of your lungs is great.
It helps. I promise. 

5. Talk. 

Phone your friend or family member and just chat. 
A good friend will be there for you come rain or shine. Talk about the good things and the bad things, the smiles and the tears. Your friend will be more than happy to help.
