Pink Parcel Subscription Box: Is It Worth It?*

There are a lot of subscription boxes floating about and finding the right one for you can be a challenge but ladies, this box is a good'un. This box is practical, pretty and perks you right up.

"January might be here but the blues are not"
Pink Parcel is a monthly subscription box which cares for you when that time of the month comes around. It's filled with all your sanitary products (including night products and liners), little pick me ups like beauty products, a herbal tea bag and snacks.

The box itself costs £12.99 a month plus free delivery but you can get a discount if you subscribe to more than one month (eg subscribe for 3 months and save £1 per month).
This is a no contract subscription box meaning you are free to cancel anytime.
I really like this because it gives you the freedom to give the box a try without fully committing to it.

The box can be customised so you receive your favourite femcare brands and products which include Always, Bodyform and Tampax.
You can choose tampons, towels or a mixture of both. You then select the absorbency level which ranges from Normal to Long Plus.
Each parcel comes with 5 liners and 5 night towels as well as your selected brand/type essentials.

You also choose your delivery date so you can plan the delivery around your cycle.

Pink Parcel kindly sent me a box to see what they're all about so I'm going to share with you the contents of the January box so you can decide for yourself if it's worth the money.

What's in the box?

Before I show you what I got I want to talk about the way the box is presented.
I absolutely adore the way that everything is private, discreet and neatly packed.
The box is broken down into 4 sections: For Now, For You, For Night and For Later.

The For Now bag.

This pretty bag contained 5 Always liners and 5 lil-lets tampons.

The For You box.

"A little something to cheer you up"

Here's where all the good stuff is.

Inside this box was the Browcote Waterproof Brow Gel priced at £6.99, Laritzy Eye Pencil priced at £18, Bandzee's Glamour Collection (which are hair ties that are practically unsnappable and leave your hair kink free) priced at £5.95 and perhaps my favourite item the Made by Coopers Apothecary Happy Mist priced at £12.

And edible treats? I got a 36g packet of Vega Essentials Nutritional Powder Chocolate Flavoured priced at £29.99 for 613g, a 30g bar of Montezuma Chilli and Lime Organic Milk Chocolate (boy it is HOT) priced at 99p and a We Are Tea Sencha Peppermint Green Tea priced at £2.99 for a box of 15.

The For Night Box.

"Use these at bedtime"

This contained 5 Bodyform nighttime pads.

The For Later box.

"Keep these close by"

In this box was 16 tampons.

So what are my thoughts on the box?

I think in comparison to other boxes this one is very generous. There are plenty of products to perk you up when you're feeling crappy. I also like the variety of stuff that you get. It isn't focused purely on one type of product e.g beauty.
My only problem is I need a lot more sanitary products than you get. I think if the box had 7 nights worth of night towels or maybe had the option of setting your cycle length that would make it perfect.

You are getting so many amazing products and they really do help lift the spirits.

I think that for £12.99 this box is well worth the money!
